Construction commenced in May 2025 and was completed in December 2025. Throughout this period, Sheldon demonstrated an exceptional work ethic. He consistently worked long hours, often from dawn to dusk, and showed genuine commitment and enthusiasm for the project. We engaged Sheldon in late 2024 to undertake a significant landscaping renovation and extension at our property. The scope of works combined construction landscaping (particularly earthworks & retaining walls) with carpentry for the extension (detached alfresco & office). It was an awkward combination of required skills that several builders were unwilling to take on, but fit perfectly in Sheldon's experience and passion.

After completing my apprenticeship on million-dollar homes, early on, I realised most clients weren’t just frustrated with the end result, they were frustrated with the process. Poor communication, shortcuts and builders who didn’t understand documentation or Transitions, creating unnecessary stress costly mistakes & an unfavorable end result.

That’s why I created Haidley Homes.
